Description
- Perform essential front desk administrative duties.
- Oversee all receptionist and secretarial duties at our front desk.
- Greeting parents.
- Answering and redirecting phone calls to the appropriate department and taking down messages.
- Provide parents with outstanding customer service and support.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies.
- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Monitor, organize and forward emails.
- Track and order office equipment and supplies.
- Maintain records and files.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a School is a plus.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Ability to work periodic evenings and occasional weekends as necessary.
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent use of the office.
- Strong collaborator within a team environment.
- Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure
- Organized, experienced and responsible.
- Presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills
Technology Qualifications:
- Good computer skills in word processing, and proofreading.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Experience working in a Google environment preferred.
