As an AR accountant, you will be responsible for assisting the accounting department with accounts receivable tasks.
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

Job Summary:
The HR Manager supports the whole school through the effective management and delivery of the Human Resources function to the Business manager, Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and to all staff.
As the HR Manager, you will have a direct influence and positive impact on the people in the school. The successful candidate will benefit from person-to-person interaction and relationship building, supporting employees directly, coordinating, planning and executing HR activities; this may involve guiding senior management through the various HR disciplines recruitment process, benefits programs, training in conjunction with the Senior Deputy, employment disputes and other administrative needs, which are important to employees within the school. The HR function aims overall to deliver effective and efficient support, maintaining the agreed standards of service, to the students, staff and parents who make up the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the work of the Head and board members in developing an HR strategic plan with mid- and long-term objectives.
- Deliver HR strategy by designing tasks and projects, which focus on retention and development of our staff.
- Work with senior management to identify HR priorities and opportunities, and to develop and execute HR plans that support the school’s objectives. HR best practice through policies, procedures and coaching/training initiatives.
- Develop relevant reports to monitor absence, performance reviews & training.
- Monitor sickness absence of staff and highlight concerns to Head, arranging return interviews /meetings with staff.
- Advise line managers on first steps of the performance management process including disciplinary, grievance & capability and take minutes at Disciplinary, Grievance & Capability Hearings
- Oversee end to end recruitment, onboarding and induction processes in conjunction with the Head and the SLT;
- Produce offer letters, contracts and letters detailing changes in employment conditions.
- Support the Head in the design and delivery of any internal learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure suitable processes in place to enhance performance of our staff, such as equality and diversity, talent.
- Ensuring the proper documentation and the compliance with laws and regulations.
- Overseeing the planning of work permits; visa obtaining renewals process; facilitate the whole cycle and receiving the relevant updates from the consultant in due manner to ensure compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the relevant ministries, including employees, management, vendors, and community groups.
- Coordinate accurate and timely monthly payroll.
- Complete leavers’ processes such as exit interviews.
- Undertake HR projects, as required by the Business Manager.
- HR policies implementation and revision on time as per the dates specified.
- Medical insurance policies follow up and renewals and ensure the best offers and benefits.
- Periodic studies of market practices to ensure fair offers and staff retention in a competitive market.
- HR reporting including management information, as required.
- Ensure Professional development and appropriate registration of academic and administration staff.
- To keep up to date with developments in employment legislation and human resource best practice.

Job Purpose
The Senior Admissions Officer plays a key role in delivering an exceptional admissions experience to prospective students and their families. They are responsible for managing the admissions process from initial inquiry to student enrollment, ensuring each applicant receives a professional, supportive, and timely service in line with the school’s ethos and high standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Admissions Process Management
- Manage and track all applications in the school’s admissions system from inquiry through to enrollment.
Coordinate interviews, entrance assessments, and school tours for prospective students and families.
Ensure prompt follow-up on all inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records.
2. Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents during the application process.
- Provide clear and timely information about entry requirements, curriculum, fees, and school policies.
- Represent the school positively at open days, education fairs, and other promotional events.
- Support in building strong relationships with feeder schools, relocation agents, and community partners.
3. Data & Reporting
- Monitor and report weekly/monthly admissions statistics to the Admissions Manager.
- Provide analysis on trends in inquiries, visits, offers, and enrollments to support strategic planning.
- Assist in preparing enrollment projections and forecasting reports.
4. Marketing & Outreach Report
- Work with the Marketing Department to align admissions communication with marketing campaigns.
- Assist in developing admissions materials, presentations, and information packs.
- Participate in events designed to promote the school and attract prospective families.
5. Compliance & Safeguarding
- Ensure all admissions are processed in line with the school’s safeguarding and data protection policies.
- Verify authenticity and completeness of application documents, including academic records and identification.
- Maintain confidentiality of all applicant and family information.
