    The Role
    As a member of our growing Kent College Team, you will contribute to the development of a world-class School. You will work closely alongside colleagues to create an outstanding environment which will ensure our school offers the very best international experience for students, delivering learning opportunities both inside and outside the classroom which enables students to flourish and thrive. You will plan and teach the French curriculum students in Year 3 and up to Year 10 with a focus on developing the speaking, listening, reading and writing skills as part of the curriculum an in readiness for IGCSE.
    Outside of the classroom, the role of our academic team is to make positive contributions towards our Kent College family that requires a willingness to support the school in admissions marketing and community events as our school grows in size and stature.

    We are seeking a friendly, highly organized, and proactive Front Office Administrator to join our team at Kent College West Cairo. This key role is the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff and requires excellent communication and administrative skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
    • Maintain the reception area and ensure it reflects the school’s standards.
    • Support school communication by answering parent inquiries.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, and preparing relevant reports.
    • Liaise with school departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the school’s safeguarding policies at all times.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree and relevant administrative experience.
    • Previous experience in an international school or customer service environment preferred.
    • Fluent spoken and written English.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
