    We are seeking a friendly, highly organized, and proactive Front Office Administrator to join our team at Kent College West Cairo. This key role is the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff and requires excellent communication and administrative skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
    • Maintain the reception area and ensure it reflects the school’s standards.
    • Support school communication by answering parent inquiries.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, and preparing relevant reports.
    • Liaise with school departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the school’s safeguarding policies at all times.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree and relevant administrative experience.
    • Previous experience in an international school or customer service environment preferred.
    • Fluent spoken and written English.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

    As an AR accountant, you will be responsible for assisting the accounting department with accounts receivable tasks.

    Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

    • Processing and monitoring invoices.
    • Recording payments received.
    • Following up on outstanding payments.
    • Reconciling discrepancies in accounts.
    • Communicating with parents regarding payment-related inquiries.
    • Assisting with month-end closing procedures.
    • Generating reports related to accounts receivable.
    • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
    • Providing support to senior accounting staff as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
    • Prior experience in accounting from (2- 3 years) or accounts receivable is a plus.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
