    Description :

    The Facilities Manager oversees all services supporting business operations, including planning, assigning, and managing maintenance personnel to ensure health, safety, and security standards for school buildings, grounds, and equipment. Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, managing the school alarm system, coordinating repairs, and ensuring district standards are met.

    The role also involves managing groundskeeping staff, ordering custodial supplies, and overseeing their delivery. Additional duties include selecting and training personnel, maintaining records, preparing reports, processing payroll, onboarding foreign staff, planning preventive maintenance, managing budgets, coordinating facility use, operating an energy management system, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The manager advises on energy efficiency and oversees projects and refurbishments.

    Description :

    The Head of Junior School at Kent College West Cairo is a key leadership position responsible for providing dynamic and inspiring leadership to Years 2 to 6. The successful candidate will work closely with all staff members to ensure the continued success and development of the school. As an integral member of the senior leadership team, the Head of Junior School will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills and effective management to uphold the high academic and pastoral standards of Kent College West Cairo.     Description :

    As a Junior Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for assisting the accounting department  with accounts receivable tasks. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to: 

    • Processing and monitoring invoices 
    • Recording payments received 
    • Following up on outstanding payments 
    • Reconciling discrepancies in accounts 
    • Communicating with parents regarding payment-related inquiries 
    • Assisting with month-end closing procedures 
    • Generating reports related to accounts receivable
    • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial records
    • Providing support to senior accounting staff as needed

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
    • Prior experience in accounting from (1- 2 years) or accounts receivable is a plus. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

    Description :

    • Handle all medical issues for students that occurs on daily basis
    • Keep parents updated with their child’s medical condition inside the school.
    • Keep constant communication with the class teacher regarding the student’s medical condition.
    • Contact parents in case of medical emergencies.
    • Responsible for compiling. maintain and update the students’ medical records every year.
    • Maintaining an updated medical database inside the clinic.
    • Conducts awareness sessions for students as needed.
    • Responsible for all medical communication with the ministry of health.
    • Supervising any official medical campaigns conducted inside the school.
    • Handle staff medical issues that might be refereed on a daily basis when needed.
    • Reviews/Approves staff medical notes when needed.
    • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, wellness education and current health issues.
    • Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and the interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and community and social service agencies.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor degree in Medicine
    •  4-7 years of relevant work experience
    • Excellent command of English written and spoken
    • Hold a current license for the practice of medicine in Egypt (license never suspended or revoked).
    • Show evidence of successful health care experience working with children and adolescents

    Kent College West Cairo is seeking a dynamic and inspiring Head of Senior School for August 2025. 

    We are looking for either a current serving senior leader or ambitious middle leader to join our senior leadership team. 

    Kent College West Cairo is a rapidly expanding and prestigious international school with strong connections to its founding school. The school undergoes regular inspections by Kent College Canterbury and visits for educational support, expertise, and ensuring the school’s provision is of the highest quality, both academically and pastorally. 

    The new Head of Senior School will be an integral member of the senior leadership team. It is expected that they will provide strong, dynamic leadership and highly effective management. He or she will work with all staff to ensure the continued success and development of Kent College West Cairo. 

    The Head of Senior School will initially lead Years 7-10 and will lead our first cohort of IGCSE students, ensuring there is strong provision in place for both KS3 and KS4.
