    Description :

    The Facilities Manager oversees all services supporting business operations, including planning, assigning, and managing maintenance personnel to ensure health, safety, and security standards for school buildings, grounds, and equipment. Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, managing the school alarm system, coordinating repairs, and ensuring district standards are met.

    The role also involves managing groundskeeping staff, ordering custodial supplies, and overseeing their delivery. Additional duties include selecting and training personnel, maintaining records, preparing reports, processing payroll, onboarding foreign staff, planning preventive maintenance, managing budgets, coordinating facility use, operating an energy management system, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The manager advises on energy efficiency and oversees projects and refurbishments.

    • 7-10 years of responsible experience in the building maintenance trades including at least four years of lead or supervisory experience.

    Description :

    Establish a purposeful and learning environment where children and young people feel secure and confident. Provide learning support to small groups and individuals with a wide range of special educational needs. Individual interventions, general or targeted in class support. study supervision (maintaining a positive working environment for children to work individually on prep during the day). Cover supervision (where the teacher is absent but has set work) and exam invigilation. Responsible for the safeguarding and well-being of children by following and being committed to the school policy relating the safeguarding, health and safety and behaviour management. build and maintain good working relationships with staff, pupils, parents/carers and the wider community of the school. Reflect and evaluate own practice. Keep up to date with current classroom practices. Provide feedback  relating to the development and learning of the pupils.

    Requirements :

    Description :

    As a school Front Desk Officer, your responsibilities involve ensuring effective communication between school administrators, parents, students, and community members. You answer phone calls and emails, welcome visitors, and support teaching and administrative staff by providing information to students and parents. Additionally, you perform clerical duties, update records such as class schedules and academic transcripts, and coordinate meetings, including parent-teacher conferences. In some positions, you also help school leaders prioritise activities and decisions by maintaining the principal’s daily calendar as well as an events calendar for the campus. Other duties include maintaining school policy and procedure documents, presenting this information to visitors, and supporting the admissions process.
