Shady Eshra is an investor and senior business leader with a strong track record in strategy, investment, procurement and financial management across complex international operations. He holds a degree in Economics and an MBA from Warwick Business School, bringing a rigorous analytical and commercial approach to leadership and governance.
He serves as Vice Chairman of Eshratex, where he has led key strategic initiatives, including international procurement operations spanning 16 countries, financial oversight and investment planning. His experience in managing cross-border supply chains and driving sustainable growth has established him as a decisive and results-oriented leader.
Shady is the Chairman of the Board of Governors at Kent College West Cairo, where he plays a central role in shaping the school’s strategic direction and ensuring strong governance, accountability and long-term sustainability. He is closely involved in overseeing performance, aligning leadership with clear objectives and ensuring that the school delivers measurable academic and operational outcomes.
A key aspect of his role is managing and strengthening the strategic relationship with Kent College Canterbury.
