I am a dedicated school leader with over a decade of experience delivering the highest standards of education both in the UK and internationally. Holding the NPQH and the Scottish Headship Qualification, I combine strategic vision with operational expertise to create outstanding learning environments where students and staff can truly flourish.
My career has included a variety of senior leadership roles. As Vice Principal at ENS MBZ in Abu Dhabi, I oversaw the education of more than 1,400 primary students, led curriculum development, and implemented targeted interventions that raised attainment in reading and core subjects. At MNS-Dhahran, as Head of Assessment and Data, I introduced robust tracking and monitoring systems that significantly improved student performance, particularly in early literacy and numeracy.
Previously, I spent over a decade at Dukhan English School in Qatar, where I served as Deputy Head and Acting Head. During this time, I strengthened teaching, learning, and assessment across the school, enhanced leadership capacity, improved transitions between key stages, and established consistent, high-quality pedagogical practices from EYFS through to Key Stage 3.
My leadership style is collaborative and grounded in a deep understanding of the unique contexts and communities I serve. I work closely with staff, parents, and stakeholders to ensure our shared goals are achieved, always with the success and wellbeing of our students at the heart of every decision.
